Jo is executive director at Link-Ability, a charity supporting people who experience learning disability in the North West. Jo trained in learning disability nursing and social work at the universities of Manchester and Salford. She has lived experience of learning disability through her son Ben, who had life limiting and complex learning and physical disabilities.

Steph Gray is a developer and digital consultant, with over 20 years’ experience in digital communication. After ten years running his own full-service digital agency, he now works part time to fit around family, voluntary work and other interests. Steph is on Bluesky as @lesteph.

She has been a senior leader in social care and social inclusion for 27 years, and is a former CEO of Three Cs (‘Control and Choice in the Community for people with learning disabilities and/or mental health problems’).
